Building Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for working on commercial plumbing projects, including boiler repair and service, air con maintenance and installation work, and fault finding.
- Commercial plumbing works including boiler repair and service
- Air con service, maintenance and installation work
- Fault finding
- General building services work
You will have a Mechanical/Plumbing Trade Qualification (QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft) and be fully qualified with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience. It's essential to be technically minded with experience in repair and maintenance of all types of building services.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Good communication skills
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage daily schedule
- Adherence to and maintenance of compliance with all Health and Safety procedures
- Mentoring and guiding apprentices
This role requires a Full clean driving licence and the ability to travel. Weekend callout rota cover may be required. The successful candidate must hold Safe pass, Abrasive wheels, manual handling, and MEWPs certifications. F-gas certification is preferred.
As a Service Technician, you will work to the highest standard of Health and Safety and in compliance with company standards and legislation. You will also be responsible for completing electronic worksheets and records accurately and informatively.
