We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Bromcom Computers Plc team as an Administrative Coordinator. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the HR department of a growing software company.
**Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR and Admin Manager with various tasks, including the offer and onboarding process, processing employee records, managing annual leave and attendance tracking, and compiling payroll documentation.
**Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree qualified – Ideal but not essential.
Proficient in Office products and IT literate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
Able to prioritize workload effectively.
