Job Title: Associate - Platform Services

Overview:

This role provides an excellent opportunity for entry-level or junior fund professionals to join our Fund Platforms Services team in Ireland. The main responsibility of the Platform Associate is to support operational activities for the Carne Platform by assisting with the daily operations of investment funds.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities for a portfolio of funds, collaborating with Portfolio Managers and Fund Administrators.
  • Manage all aspects of a fund's operational lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Support investor activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Follow procedures to ensure risk-controlled platform operations.
  • Maintain updated procedures and process flows for account activities.
  • Work with internal teams to assess financial and operational risks, stay informed of regulatory changes.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle queries efficiently.

Requirements:

  • University degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Desirable: Experience in an asset or investment management firm, or a strong interest in the sector.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships.
