The Role of a Project Leader:

  • Supervise a team of site laborers and specialist subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Project Team to monitor progress, meet deadlines, and ensure programme targets are met.
  • Guarantee that works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and foster a culture of collaboration on-site.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project leadership or management.
  • Prior experience in large-scale building projects is essential.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing apartment construction projects is necessary.
