Senior Construction Manager Position

As a Senior Commercial Site Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing planned designs and setting out on site.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate setting out and levelling of works in accordance with drawings/specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Check drawings are accurate and up-to-date, ensuring they align with build ability.
  • Conduct quality control and testing of work and materials to meet specification requirements.
  • Carry out checks on works prior to and following any concrete pours.
  • Act as Temporary Works Co-ordinator when required.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors when necessary, resolving technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
