Global Product Director - Enzymes

Drive and manage the overall sustainable performance of dairy and bakery enzyme categories, aligned to strategy and manufacturing capabilities. Mobilize and integrate cross-functional teams to define and execute specific technologies for successful delivery against strategies, profitability, and growth targets.

Key responsibilities include determining the optimized composition of the Finished Good Portfolio, driving innovation pipelines, and determining business terms to ensure competitiveness and customer experience. Additionally, determine target margins and pricing guardrails to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications and skills required include solid experience in management/leadership roles in enzymes with a strong understanding of product and portfolio management. The ideal candidate should have experience in working in a global matrix organization with influencing skills and be able to drive change and growth at a global level.

Experience in food applications for enzymes, dairy, bakery, and beverage is essential. A strong network established in the industry and a deep understanding of enzyme science are also required. Project management experience, particularly in managing new launches through a global organization, is beneficial.
