About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned executive with deep knowledge of the brewing industry to drive global growth and lead cross-functional collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish ourselves as industry leaders in brewing applications through expertise and innovation.
  • Build strong relationships with technical teams on-site to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify new opportunities and drive sales growth through commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Provide expert guidance on product application and collaborate with application teams to tailor solutions.
  • Train and support distributor sales teams to effectively promote our portfolio.
  • Support key customers during scale-up and troubleshooting phases.

 

Requirements:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in business development or strategic account management, with a specific focus on the brewing industry on a global level.
  • Proven success in driving commercial growth and managing global customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of beverage formulation, brewing technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 50%.
