Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead our finance function. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, cash management, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on financial support to managers and colleagues across the business.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts.
  • Monitor and manage working capital requirements.
  • Ensure credit control function follows company policy.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and actual versus forecast analysis.
  • Liaise with business managers to ensure budget process is inclusive.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified accounting background (8 years or more in a senior finance role).
  • Experience working in an SME or semi-state organization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
