Job Description
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve business outcomes via Salesforce.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications.
  • Provide exceptional user support, troubleshoot issues, and create training materials.
  • Maintain high-quality data and ensure seamless integrations with other systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices and recommend process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and IT.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
