Talent Development Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled Talent Development Manager to lead our talent development strategy.
- Design and deliver learning initiatives that build leadership capability, nurture emerging talent, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Develop and implement learning pathways covering leadership development, technical skills, and professional skills.
- Collaborate with People & Culture and managers to embed a culture of continuous feedback, performance coaching, and professional development planning.
- Facilitate team coaching to enhance collaboration, alignment, and high performance across teams.
- Design and lead resilience-building programs focused on mindset, adaptability, and overall wellbeing.
This role requires a collaborative leader who can define and deliver our talent development agenda during a period of growth, directly influencing our people and organisational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for talent development and succession management.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify key skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs to address identified skill gaps.
- Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives.
