Job Overview

The Robert Walters organisation is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to lead the implementation and enhancement of Success Factors across the organisation.

The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimising HRIS modules. This will involve working closely with the HR team to adopt new system functions through targeted training and stakeholder engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, change management, and stakeholder management. Experience in process improvement would be highly beneficial.
