Job Summary

The Panel is seeking a highly skilled Organisational Development Lead to join our team and contribute to driving business excellence through effective change management.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to support business transformation, as well as guiding senior leaders on effectively leading change within the organisation.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Developing and implementing holistic change management strategies to support business transformation.
  • Guiding senior leaders on effectively leading change within the organisation.
  • Assessing readiness for change, identifying potential resistance, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Leading change management activities, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Creating effective communication strategies to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Defining success metrics, tracking progress, and adjusting approaches as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in change management within a global financial services company.
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies, organisational development, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective communication strategies.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and manage competing priorities.
