Project Lead for Major Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Lead to spearhead major civil, road, and transportation projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to showcase their expertise and drive project success.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive project plans from feasibility studies to detailed design, procurement, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies and preliminary designs to inform project decisions.
  • Lead the production of detailed and contract drawings using advanced software like MX Roads or Civil 3D.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities through effective communication and liaison.
  • Oversee the procurement of sub-consultants, site investigations, and road contracts to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Evaluate and administer construction contracts to guarantee successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Engineers Ireland accredited) or higher.
  • At least 5 years' experience in civil engineering, roads, or transportation projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MX Roads/Civil 3D software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
