An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality projects in infrastructure, energy, and environmental services.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Project Manager to join our Cork-based consultancy. As a key member of our design team, you will oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results. Your expertise will enable us to expand our portfolio of waste management infrastructure developments, public realm, urban development schemes, and renewable energy projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of civil and environmental designers to achieve project objectives
  • Supervising and mentoring senior and junior staff to develop their skills and expertise
  • Preparing technical reports and tender documentation to the highest standard
  • Collaborating with Project Directors to plan and manage design activities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline, with Chartered Engineer status
  • A minimum of 7 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management
  • A proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong experience in engaging with clients, external stakeholders, and sub-consultants
