Notion is a leading software company dedicated to making toolmaking ubiquitous. We're seeking an experienced Account Retention Manager to join our team in Europe. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain existing customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier companies in EMEA.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure customer satisfaction, and secure renewals.
  • Contribute to shaping our future product by gathering insights from customer interactions.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of experience in account management or renewal management. Proven track records of meeting or exceeding renewal targets and revenue objectives are essential. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills are also required.
