As a Senior Account Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and retention of our existing business in Continental Europe.

**Job Description**

You will be responsible for managing the book of existing business, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and developing strategic plans to achieve these goals. You will work closely with current customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions based on our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the book of existing business to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Develop strategic territory plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Work with current customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Field Marketing, Product, and other teams to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction
  • Track and report all key metrics related to customer growth, retention, and Intercom product usage growth

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing B2B sales role, Mid-Market/Enterprise experience is an advantage
  • 3+ years of SaaS selling experience; similar products, CS, CX, CRM background is an advantage
  • Strong sales skills instincts and track record hitting and exceeding quota consistently
  • Ability to build and maintain deep client relationships across levels in complex organizations
