We are seeking a talented Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts within the SMB space.
You will be responsible for selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to customers in the ESMB space. Your primary goal is to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business potential and creating strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated customer set, managing the full sales cycle and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Own the sales process, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics, with an emphasis on new business growth and account development.
- Apply your solution selling expertise to respond efficiently to customer needs and identify business potential.
- Prioritize and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
- Collaborate with our Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers teams for all sales leads and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
- Territory and Account Planning Strategies: Create territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying prospects and opportunities.
- Research and Discovery: Uncover a prospect's current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
- Solutioning: Identify compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
- Customer Communication: Interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using various communication methods and tools.
- Resource Application: Continuously leverage available resources and tools to drive results.
- Team Selling: Align with the account team and partners to support deals and customer success.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
