Enterprise Account Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Growth Manager to join our Inside Sales team at ServiceNow. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth within existing customer bases, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales opportunities and business relationships with influential contacts within Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand pipeline and close deals, leveraging the Value Selling sales process to win new business, expand within existing accounts, and ensure contract renewals.
- Analyze organizational pain points and challenges to understand how ServiceNow solutions can provide value and drive long-term success.
- Collaborate with Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales, and more to progress sales cycles and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record of success in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales capacity.
- 1-3+ years of full sales cycle experience gained within software or solution sales organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with ServiceNow customers, prospects, and internal colleagues.
- Persistent and dependable, with a strong focus on attendance, deliverables, and deadlines.
