As a Strategic Growth Account Manager at Klaviyo, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base across the EMEA region. This is an exceptional opportunity to have a significant impact on Klaviyo's trajectory and your own professional growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
  • Support the success of your peers and contribute to a collaborative sales environment
  • Exhibit Klaviyo's values of accountability and effort in every aspect of your work
  • Provide guidance and support to new team members, helping them grow and develop within their roles

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of the Ecommerce/Retailers/Brands domain, with experience selling MarTech SaaS solutions to Founders/Business Owners/Marketing personas. A high-velocity sales environment, often with multiple stakeholders, requires individuals who are motivated, excited, and inspired by exceeding goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong growth mindset, continually seeking improvement, and being rigorous in your pursuit of it.

About You:
  • Minimum 1 year carrying net-new revenue quota and consistent overachievement selling MarTech SaaS solutions
  • Fluent English (written & verbal) and fluent German (written & verbal)
  • Able to influence and build relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Full authorisation to work in Ireland without any restrictions
