About the Job

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in France. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with senior leaders to align activities with regional needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Motivating and developing your team by applying best practices and recruiting top talent.
  2. Developing strong relationships with senior sales leaders and contributing to go-to-market strategy.
  3. Implementing demand generation campaigns and aligning daily activities with quarterly goals.
  4. Generating and delivering territory forecasts and accurately predicting pipeline growth.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, be organized, and detail-oriented. You should also possess fluency in French and English, with a third European language being a plus. Additionally, you should have recent experience in prospect pipeline development through outbound prospecting and engaging business executives.

Basic Requirements

  1. 2-5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role with leadership responsibilities.
  2. Fluency in French and English (with a third European language preferable).
  3. Recent experience in developing a prospect pipeline through outbound prospecting and engaging business executives.
  4. Experience building and maintaining remote relationships with stakeholders across different teams and countries.
  5. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and manage performance.
