Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for supply chain management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating reach and counterbalance forklifts, loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse. They will also be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording deliveries.

In addition to their operational responsibilities, the Warehouse Operations Specialist will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy using SAP or similar inventory systems. They will prepare orders for dispatch in a timely and organized manner and ensure that the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and in line with health & safety guidelines.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse
  • Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording deliveries
  • Maintaining stock accuracy using SAP or similar inventory systems
  • Preparing orders for dispatch in a timely and organized manner
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licenses
  • Experience using SAP or similar inventory systems
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks safely
