Senior Cost Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cost Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs from start to finish, including cost estimates, contract administration, valuations, and reporting. You will work closely with our experienced Quantity Surveyors and Estimators to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cost estimates, contract administration, valuations, and reporting
  • Support the commercial team in managing project costs
  • Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors and Estimators to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (or working towards one)
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and cost control
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and industry software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, or similar)
