About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care and Support Manager to lead our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Risk Management: Ensure personal plans, risk assessments, and behavioural support plans are up-to-date, identifying and mitigating potential risks to individuals in our care.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure effective service delivery, maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Level 7 or 8 degree in a health or social care-related field.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar setting.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, demonstrating strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
