Job Title: Care Coordinator

  • Ensure that all residents are treated with dignity, respect, and individuality, adhering to professional standards and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and concise records within the facility, adhering to Servisource standards and legislation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the control, administration, and custody of all drugs and medicines, ensuring adherence to agreed protocols.
  • Participate in inspection processes, demonstrating knowledge and awareness of HIQA standards.
Requirements:
  • Registered on the Irish live register (NMBI) with an active PIN.
  • Fluent in English language (verbal and written) and eligible to work in Ireland.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with a caring and compassionate approach to patient care.
  • At least one year's relative experience in a similar role.
