Job Description

As a Post Production Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to customers post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless experience for our clients by defining new client requirements and configuring the application to meet their business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure the application to meet client requirements and preferences.
  • Train users and test workflows to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the financial industry, preferably working in a consultancy or software vendor environment.
  • Experience leading the implementation or support of Front, Middle, or Back Office Investment Management systems is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and/or supporting mission-critical financial solutions.
