Clerical Support Coordinator

About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Servisource as a Clerical Support Coordinator. As a key member of our Pension Administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Pensions Team and other HR colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Pensions Team and other HR colleagues.
  • Manage the administration of pension schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Support pension calculations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to scheme policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Leaving Certificate Examination (Grade D3) or equivalent qualification.
  • Desirable Qualification: Relevant third-level or accredited qualification.
  • Relevant Experience: At least two years' experience working in a business office with knowledge of administration, finance, or a related field.
