We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects within the Data Centre industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for attending project start-up meetings, managing mechanical aspects, and ensuring project completion on time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending project start-up meetings and managing all mechanical aspects
  • Familiarising yourself with project details and specifications
  • Collating technical submittals and ensuring their approval
  • Managing labour trackers and maintaining progress reports weekly
  • Liaising with main contractors and site teams
  • Overseeing the coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment
  • Ensuring adequate materials are always available
  • Implementing construction and commissioning programmes
  • Managing handover processes and document management systems
  • Attending meetings with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, a successful track record of delivering large-scale projects, and a preferred qualification in Construction/Project Management.

They should also have experience supervising teams and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This permanent role focuses on leading high-profile projects with complex mechanical requirements.
