We are seeking an experienced professional to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Directly supervise a team of skilled machinists to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  3. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  4. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Utilize expertise with Doosan, Mori Seiki, Okuma, and/or Huron milling machines to optimize machine performance.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  7. Implement structured problem-solving techniques to resolve issues and improve processes.
  8. Lead Kaizen initiatives and maintain their implementation across the department.
  9. Foster a deep understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles among team members.
  10. Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  11. Develop and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance skill sets.
  12. Collaborate with the sales team on commercial activities.
  13. Oversee post-build processing and finishing activities.
  14. Maintain high-quality standards and address any issues promptly.

About You:

  1. Bring 5+ years of manufacturing management experience.
  2. Demonstrate 5+ years of supervisory or personnel management experience.
  3. Experience in aerospace, automotive, or medical industries is highly valued.
