Job Title: Billing Clerk

Job Description:
We are looking for an accurate and detail-focused Billing Clerk to join our team in a temporary three-month role. This is an administrative position suited to someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with details, and is comfortable managing a large volume of documents and data.
The focus is on reviewing, checking, and closing off bills before passing them on to the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review a high volume of bills against internal systems
  • Evaluate details such as supplier information, amounts, purchase order numbers, and dates for accuracy
  • Carry out checks and due diligence to identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies
  • Liaise with suppliers to clarify or correct bill queries
  • Closure of bills once validated and passing them to the accounting team
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of all reviewed bills
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:
This role requires previous experience in a high-volume administrative position, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, confident communication skills both written and verbal, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel, and ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
