Leadership Role: Franchise Governance and Development

","Job Description

This leadership role involves leading the franchise governance agenda in a region, developing franchise capabilities, and mitigating risk through effective governance.

","Main Responsibilities
  • ","
  • Lead the deployment of the franchise capability agenda in the region.","
  • Coordinate the regional governance agenda and ensure its alignment with PepsiCo's overall strategy.","
  • Facilitate regional bottler engagement processes, including the Three-Year Joint Planning (3YR JP) sessions and bottler forums.","
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • ","
  • Develop and execute the Region Franchise AOP and Calendar of activity.","
  • Coordinate the Annual 9Fs assessment, track, and analyze performance against 9FFs, and recommend action plans for inclusion in the AOP.","
  • Ensure execution of the Franchise Calendar (IFC, SSA, JBP, BDA, AOP, COOP).","
Qualifications
  • ","
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the franchise function, directly leading bottling relationships and delivering on JBPs and AOPs.","
  • Experience from more than one market.","
  • Extensive experience in using 9FF with bottling partners.","
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.","
  • Ability to connect data, generate insights, and present to executives and senior leaders.","
