Job Title: Administrator of Financial Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team in Cork. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the preparation of month end management accounts, review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, and supporting the preparation of bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of financial reports, including month end management accounts.
  • Review and analysis of financial data, including balance sheet accounts.
  • Supporting the preparation of bank reconciliations and other financial statements.
  • Processing of intercompany invoices and monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts.
  • Providing financial support to internal stakeholders, including generating weekly debtor reports.
  • Accurate coding of supplier invoices for correct analysis.
  • Responsibility for processing service plan and manufacturer warranty credit notes.
  • Liaising with suppliers and other departments to resolve queries and discrepancies.

Additional duties may include participating in various ad-hoc projects as defined by the business.
