As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our accounting team with day-to-day financial administration. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in financial management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify and reconcile vendor statements and invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare and send out invoices to clients in a professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for financial transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed, assisting with tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting firm or finance department is essential.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) is required.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities are necessary.
