Station Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Station Manager to join our team.
About the Role:- To ensure seamless site operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at all times.
- Deliver on key store targets through effective people and operational management.
The successful candidate must be flexible, able to work various shifts, including early mornings and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve fuel and non-fuel sales and profit goals.
- Maximise sales through well-merchandised shops.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock and cash control procedures, investigate and report discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and dangerous substances regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets set by management.
- Motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage controllable costs to maintain profitability.
- Manage store budgets and revenue.
- Compile weekly reports.
- Recruit, select, and train new staff in conjunction with HR.
- Provide ongoing training to enhance staff knowledge and productivity.
- Utilise the company's rostering system to schedule and assign employees.
- Coach, counsel, and motivate staff to achieve job results.
- Communicate business performance, new initiatives, and other relevant issues to colleagues.
- Organise special promotions, displays, and events.
- Address customer queries and complaints according to company policies.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for customers and employees.
