The role of Finance Manager is critical to Payment Integrity, responsible for developing and managing expense analyses and cost performance metrics. This position will serve as the primary finance point of contact with Operations, collaborating closely with the business to develop strategies for enhancing profitability and cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, perform, and manage expense analyses and cost performance metrics
- Act as the primary finance liaison with Operations
- Establish real-time driver-based expense forecasting and modeling
- Clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget
- Design analytics, including trend analysis and report building, to drive transparency and insight into results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
- Relevant financial analysis and analytic experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other technology tools
- Ability to anticipate accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and operational issues, assessing their implications, and developing an appropriate action plan
