The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving problems for customers.

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption of Keeper's products.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  5. Proactively manage customer success initiatives, including quarterly business reviews, contract renewals, and upsells/cross-sells.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles, preferably in the IAM industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge as it pertains to software integrations, implementation, onboarding, and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • Aptitude for learning software, business applications, and CRM tools like Salesforce.com and Salesloft.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to details, and meeting deadlines.
