Job Title: Guest Experiences Executive

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experiences Executive to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering world-class service to our guests.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a dynamic and service-driven environment.

About the Role
  • Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression by using their names and ensuring they feel welcome.
  • Adhere to high standards of service and ensure timely availability of agreed-upon services and products for guests.
  • Be familiar with VIP lists and daily amenities to provide seamless guest experiences.
  • Create personalized plans for guests upon request and communicate special service requests for VIP guests before, during, and after their stay.

The successful candidate will also have strong organizational abilities, a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively, and a commitment to delivering quality customer service. They will be a people-oriented individual with drive and potential to grow within our organization, and a collaborative team player who actively participates in team projects.
