About the Role: As an HR Administrator at Barry Group, you will contribute to the company's mission by delivering high-quality HR support services. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that all aspects of HR are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
- Support the recruitment process, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.
- Coordinate the induction process for new employees and facilitate a smooth offboarding experience for departing staff.
- Prepare payroll inputs, manage attendance records, and support benefits administration.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, responding to queries and preparing relevant documents.
- E nsure that HR policies and procedures align with Irish employment legislation and company values.
- Monitor and track employee training records and support the implementation of learning initiatives.
- Produce regular reports on HR metrics, including absenteeism, turnover, and compliance.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in an HR administrative role, with a solid understanding of Irish Employment Law.
- Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong moral compass for handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in using an HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, with a willingness to learn new technology.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities.
