The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager in a full-time permanent position, the successful candidate will support the HR team in all aspects of HR and delivering best practices while ensuring compliance with Irish employment law.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Recruitment Support: Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate the induction process for new hires and ensure smooth offboarding for leavers.
4. Payroll & Benefits Administration: Prepare payroll inputs, maintain attendance records, and support benefits administration.
5. Employee Relations Support: Assist in handling queries for all stakeholders, preparing documents, and supporting HR initiatives.
6. Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures align with Irish employment legislation and company values.
7. Training & Development: Track training records and support the implementation of learning initiatives.
8. HR Reporting and Data Analytics: Generate reports on HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and compliance.
9. General HR Support: Provide administrative assistance to the HR team and support ad hoc projects as required.

Essentials Required for this role

1. Experience: At least 3-4 years in an HR administrative role, with working experience of Irish Employment Law.
2. Skills: Excellence in attention to detail and organisational skills, with a moral ethos for handling confidential information.
3. Systems: Experience using an HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with an aptitude for learning new technology.
4. Attitude: A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities.
