As a result, we are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our HR infrastructure.

Job Description
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all areas of HR in a dynamic environment while investing in your personal and professional development. You will work closely with the HR Manager to deliver best practices, ensure compliance with Irish employment law, and drive excellence in HR practices. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
  2. Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.
  3. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth offboarding procedures for departing employees.
  4. Prepare payroll inputs, maintain attendance records, and administer benefits.
  5. Provide HR-related support, handle queries, prepare documents, and participate in initiatives.
  6. Ensure HR policies and procedures align with Irish employment law and company values.
  7. Track training records and assist in implementing learning initiatives.
  8. Generate reports on HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and compliance.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HR administrative role, with working knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong moral ethos for handling confidential information.
  • Experience using an HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with aptitude for learning new technology.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented individual who takes ownership of responsibilities.
