An Examinations Administrator role is available, responsible for supporting the assessment process.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate examination-related activities.
- Communicate examination information to students throughout the year.
- Liaise with lecturers and external examiners regarding examination papers and results.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to students.
- Support the Assessment Manager in relation to reporting and results.
- Assist in the preparation of results for Examination Boards.
- Organise invigilator training and schedules.
- Prepare examination packs and process payments.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- ICT literacy and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to multitask.
- Maintain confidentiality and prioritise workload.
