Accommodation Manager Role

The hotel is seeking a skilled Accommodation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accommodation department, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assigning daily work duties and cleaning lists to staff members.
  • Providing continuous training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Performing regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Documenting and addressing any maintenance defects or other issues and ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
  • Overseeing the execution of deep cleaning programs, as well as reporting and follow-up on maintenance matters.
  • Ensuring all rooms & Front of House areas are always maintained and cleaned to the highest standard.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Handling guest concerns and complaints promptly and efficiently.

Ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proven experience in an Accommodation role, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Fluency in written and oral English and good IT skills.
