Job Title: Financial Center Associate

A unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in banking has become available. As a Financial Center Associate, you will be responsible for connecting great people to great opportunities and making banking better for our customers.

About the Role:

This position is focused on using the consultative sales process to proactively identify and meet the financial needs of customers or prospects. You will acquire new households and deepen existing customer relationships through activities like lobby leadership, aisle time, and tele-consulting. Additionally, you will process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build customer profiles and identify financial needs using the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment
- Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions
- Utilize marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews
- Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and outside sales activities such as community events and business calls
- Establish relationships with Business Partners and refer customers when appropriate
- Meet/exceed customer experience and sales goals, contributing to revenue growth

Requirements:

- A college degree, work experience, or a combination preferred
- Experience in the financial industry a plus
- Ability to develop comfort with sales activities and cross-selling
- Understanding of advanced math for credit and financial analysis
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Knowledge of Retail policies and sound judgment
