Data Analyst and Insights Lead

We're seeking a seasoned data analyst to drive our research, analytics, and product strategy forward. This role combines technical expertise with strong business acumen to help us make informed decisions about our products and users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights and recommendations
  • Design and implement data pipelines to support key business initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to communicate findings and drive strategic decision-making
About You
  • 5+ years of experience working with data analysis and statistical modeling
  • Excellent SQL skills and proficiency in scientific computing languages (R or Python)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools like Tableau, Superset, and Looker
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact results with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working with machine learning algorithms and AI tools
