About The Role

As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.



Key Responsibilities And Skills Required
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes across designated sections.
  • Supervise and guide junior staff, supporting their development and ensuring consistent performance.
  • Uphold strict food hygiene and safety regulations, including HACCP, and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Collaborate with senior chefs on menu development, offering creative and cost-effective suggestions.
  • Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and apply correct stock rotation practices to minimize waste.
  • Take part in regular kitchen briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.


Essential Qualifications And Experience
  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a 4-star hotel or similar high-standard kitchen is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation and consistency.
  • Fluent English is required.
