Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at a 4-star hotel in Killarney, Co. Kerry.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, supervising junior staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.

You will work closely with our culinary leadership team to drive innovation and excellence in our food offering, while supporting the ongoing development of junior staff members.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a similar high-standard kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in food presentation and consistency.
  • Fluent English is required.
