  • Manage inventory for your section, ensuring readiness for each service.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and apply correct stock rotation practices to minimize waste.
About You

We are seeking a skilled chef with previous experience working in a 4-star hotel or similar kitchen environment.

You should have a strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

A keen eye for detail and pride in food presentation and consistency are essential for this role.

Fluent English is required, and you must have a legal right to work in Ireland.
