Personal Lines Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
The role involves managing client accounts across various Personal Lines departments, ensuring seamless renewals, processing amendments, and cross-selling/up-selling across all product lines. A good understanding of sales principles and negotiation skills is essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts to achieve targets and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Process renewals, amendments, and claims liaison efficiently.
- APA qualification required.
- CIP preferred but not essential.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Relay an advantage.
