Sustainability Consultant Job Opportunity

Are you a sustainability expert with a passion for innovative projects and collaboration? We seek a highly skilled Sustainability Consultant to join our Environment & Sustainability team. As a key member, you will work on groundbreaking projects with industry leaders and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in LEED and/or BREEAM Assessments, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will be able to manage sustainability projects from concept to completion, develop client relationships, and prepare technical reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sustainability projects from concept to handover stage.
  • Conduct LEED and/or BREEAM Assessments across commercial and industrial schemes.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Level 8 NQF) in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental, or Sustainability related subject.
  • LEED AP BD&C certification and/or additional qualifications like LEED AP ID+C and/or BREEAM Assessor or BREEAM AP.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a sustainability consultant or related position.
  • Excellent knowledge of sustainable design practices and international experience desirable.
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
