Job Description

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead our online business growth and drive revenue expansion. This role involves overseeing strategy, execution, and operations to scale our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channel.


Key Responsibilities
  1. eCommerce Growth & Website Management: Develop a robust eCommerce strategy to increase online sales and meet targets. Oversee day-to-day management of our Shopify stores, ensuring seamless customer journeys and maximizing lifetime value.
  2. Customer Acquisition & Retention: Lead our Klaviyo email marketing strategy, collaborate with the marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns, and identify opportunities to enhance the overall purchase journey.
  3. Performance Analysis: Use Google Analytics 4 to track key eCommerce metrics, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and leverage data-driven insights to refine the customer journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in eCommerce roles, technical expertise with Shopify, and strong working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Klaviyo. They must possess a commercial mindset, analytical skills, project management abilities, and excellent communication skills.
