Job Description

This role is responsible for establishing and nurturing profitable partnerships with corporate and individual clients.

The Relationship Director will act as a bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs, providing strategic recommendations and customised solutions.

  • Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance.
  • Research industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment to inform business strategies.
  • Design tailored solutions addressing client-specific needs and objectives.
  • Communicate value proposition, justify recommendations, and negotiate terms beneficial for both client and bank.
  • Provide guidance on financial decisions, investment advice, risk management, and wealth management strategies.
  • Evaluate financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships and implement measures to mitigate potential losses.
